Hu Tieu Nam Vang, Vietnam rice noodle with pork and seafood is one of the very popular street food dishes in Vietnam, especially in the south. Together Hu Tieu Nam Vang translates to Phnom Penh Chinese noodle soup, a dish that has roots in both Cambodian and Chinese flavors, yet it’s incredibly popular in southern Vietnam.
Different from Pho, the soup for this noodle is pork base, with minced pork, big poached shrimp, some pork's parts as liver, intestine, small poached egg... and with fried minced garlic. The vegetable to go with this noodle is also different from Phở.
